Michael Meloy, Chief Executive Officer/President  DRS, LLC

Michael founded MSI Group on 2000 which later became DRS. He has an extensive IT background across multiple verticals such as Manufacturing and Medical. Michael attended Akron Univerisity and has a degree in Machine Design. He has worked in both the Steel and Rubber industries before changing his career in 1995. Michael currently sits on the board of Cisco IOS Sub Council, Cisco Commercial Advisory Board, EMC Partner Council, South Range Merchant Board, VTN Cisco Board and DRUND.com. He resides in North Lima with his wife and 3 kids.

Joe Ross, Chief Operating Officer

Joe is the sales engineer at DRS. He heads up the design of virtual environments and storage. He works closely with the sales department to customize IT solutions to meet clients' needs. Joe has an Electrical Engineering degree from Youngstown State University and previously worked as a systems engineer before becoming a co-founder of DRS. he currently holds certifications in Microsoft, VMWare and Cisco. When he's not working, Joe enjoys bass fishing in his backyard pond.

Dave Wilkeson, Chief Operating Officer

Dave is Chief Operating Officer and a senior engineer with DRS LLC. He formerly served as Chief of Technology for cboss, Inc, which he founded in 1994. Dave attended Youngstown State University, majoring in Chemical Engineering, and has numerous IT certifications including Certified Information Services Security Professional and Certified Cisco Networking Associate. He has a broad range of IT experience ranging from security to networking to application development. He has spent the majority of his career managing four technical startups through the various stages of business life cycles. Dave is an active member of the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce, and has taught children at Camp Fitch Computer Camp every summer for over 25 years.

Carl Gordulic, Chief Financial Officer

Carl comes to DRS with more than 13 years of experience in the accounting and finance position with privately held organizations. He has served in various roles in his previous employment including Controller, Assistant Treasurer and most recently as VP of Finance and CFO. Carl received both his BA and MBA degrees from Youngstown State University and currently lives in Boardman, OH with his wife Beth and two children, Gianna and Jarett.

Rob Palowitz, Chief Marketing Officer & President, PALO Creative

PALO Creative has been a technology oriented and high-end creative advertising agency since its inception in 1999. Rob’s full range of experience stems over 18 years in the world of multi-channel marketing, branding development, advertising, broadcast, PR, social media, web development and creative production. Previously, he served as co-host on a regional weekly talk radio show on a Clear Channel radio station and a Telly Award Winning TV show on the regional Fox channel. He resides in Boardman, OH with his wife and two children.
