As you know already, in additional to the Telephone Shop Calls, we also conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys via Phone/Web for companies. I would like for you to share my feedback with your staff and the owner of DRS. If I would have received a survey regarding my experience with DRS, I would have rated it 110% because that is what you guys have given us.

It has been a pleasure working with Justin personally on our project. You were able to assess our needs, come up with solutions in a limited time and organize things in that short time period so that we could launch this project. Greg has been outstanding to work with. He has done a wonderful job with the programming, the set-up and also support. Any issues we have run into, he has fielded our calls, come to our office and resolved any issues that have come up.

Dan came in and took care of our Network and did a great job engineering our system to work properly. Mike asked what I would like to see on our website and took off with it and brought examples back for approval.

In short, every person we have dealt with has been extremely professional and thorough. If there have been other DRS employees working behind the scenes that I have not met, I would like to thank them as well. If your company needs a reference, I will be happy to do so for any of your potential clients. Continue providing this type of service, and your company will grow and rise above your competition!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much I appreciated DRS ’s quick response on Saturday morning, June 1, 2002.

Our CITRIX box crashed Friday night at about midnight when I tried to do my monthly shutdown and reboot. I fooled around, read some manuals and tried to get it to boot to no avail and after a few hours, I kind of figured the worst had happened – the hard drive crashed and that is when I placed a call to Joe Ross’s cell phone voice mail and sent him an e-mail with the complete error message. Evidently he checked his voice mail first thing in the morning because he called me around 9:30. While we were on the phone Joe read his e-mail , we discussed the error and we agreed that he would come to my office to try to get us up. Joe arrived promptly and tore into the server. He took out the disk drives (mirrored), installed one then the other trying to boot the system from a single disk. He ran diagnostics finding out that one drive was bad and the other had problems but he didn’t stop there. Joe loaded up the server and took it back to your shop to try to recover our files.

Now, I want to tell you Mike, I am not used to that type of response and I want to thank both DRS and Joe Ross for the extra effort on what turned out to be one of the nicest Saturdays weather-wise that we have had this year. I am sure that Joe had many other things he would rather been doing on his weekend.

This shows me again what a professional organization you people are running putting your customers first. When we get opportunities we will certainly recommend DRS to any companies that we can.

I am glad now that you have finally settled down in your new office. You will be able to continue to serve us as efficiently as you have done during the last four years.

As it has been the case, we never wanted to deal with anyone else because you were able to give us complete satisfaction by setting up our systems to run perfectly.

Our cooperation started when you were working for Entrée four years ago, when you promised to sort out all our problems. You really have done a wonderful job in settling up our Cad network, which was collapsing at least once a day and did what it took to have it running without delay!

We also thank you for out Sales/Administration network which is also running perfectly. I must admit that you have been very reliable and that we hope your cooperation will remain for many, many, many years to come!
